HFNA membership is open to all residents living within the bounds of Chain Bridge Rd/Main Street/Fairfax Blvd and Keith Ave and whose residences are not in the bounds of another civic association.

The annual $20 dues fund neighborhood events and other community improvement efforts. Dues-paying members also receive discounted tickets for the holiday party and occasional discounts for local businesses!

Please pay your dues at the beginning of each calendar year! Deliver or mail the completed form at the bottom of the page with a check or cash to Nick Leach  at 10626 Springmann Dr.
